Holistic Pilates studio is operating in semi-groups of 4-5 individuals on personalized ground.
Each trainee is working in accordance with the specific needs of his/her body, encountering not only muscular pathologies but also and the predetermined fitness goals.
Following "Polestar Pilates" methodology, at early stage we accessing the kinetic pattern of each person – the way is "used" to move – always taking into consideration if past injuries exist, or any musculature pathologies / discrepancies.
After identifying the body requirements, we determine a customized program to meet them. Each Pilates session varies, since the muscular system needs different stimuli in order to further develop and maximize each potential. The various apparatus of Joseph Pilates reinforce this process.
Holistic Pilates methodology empowers the deep musculature and enhances full body strengthening, while increasing energy level and overall wellbeing. Last but not least, assists in improving the inner balance and coordination adjacent to the embodiment of mind – body -soul
Pilates assists in:
- Body strengthening and flexibility
- Improving body posture, balance and alignment
- Improving Range of Motion (ROM) of joints
- Reducing pain of musculature
- Rehabilitation after injuries
- Improving breathing patterns
- Reducing stress and improving energy levels
- Activation of metabolism
